My mom wants a pepper spray, but her hands don't always work too well. Any suggestions on which case might work better for her?

Huh? A soft case pepper spray has to open the snap, take it out, unlock the pepper spray and spray. A hard case just needs to be unlocked and sprayed. Shocked  I cant say what might be best for your Mom, But we do have a Customer satisfaction guarantee. You may read at www.pepperprotection.com just click our guarantee symbol.  Undecided Let her feel both and return the one you dont want. Cheesy We have a really nice set made by sabre Red which is a hard case pepper spray that comes with a practice water canister as well as a hard case pepper spray. This is a favorite of mine as the practice water canister allows you to practice using your pepper spray without emptying the real pepper spray  so it is still full when you need it most. Roll Eyes

As anything. Practice makes perfect.

Hope This Helps! And remember.
